I have ordered myself a new bike. Decided on a Giant Defy 1 2015 which arrives on monday. Currently on sale for £719

It was great watching the lightening in Carlisle , just wish it lasted longer

I've just rejoined a gym and currently focusing on cardio as I have to pass a bleep test each year. Had no problems passing it so far but wanted to lose weight and make it easier. Once I'm happy with that I'll move onto weights

Saw it on his Instagram yesterday. It looks spot on mate, I shall be booking back in with him to get my arm started. Just not sure yet if I'm gonna just get a piece on my forearm or get him to start a coverup and go towards a sleeve

Did my first decent bike of the year so far. A nice 50miles on the road bike but some of the head winds really slowed me down
