I've just rejoined a gym and currently focusing on cardio as I have to pass a bleep test each year. Had no problems passing it so far but wanted to lose weight and make it easier. Once I'm happy with that I'll move onto weights

Saw it on his Instagram yesterday. It looks spot on mate, I shall be booking back in with him to get my arm started. Just not sure yet if I'm gonna just get a piece on my forearm or get him to start a coverup and go towards a sleeve

Did my first decent bike of the year so far. A nice 50miles on the road bike but some of the head winds really slowed me down

If I remember right you live in West Cumbria, so just pop into Workington or Whitehaven nick and ask to see someone or phone 101 and ask someone to come and see you at home to obtain a statement and make an official complaint

thats true, I was just correctling your post that we let them cross the border before stops are put in which is not always the case

if thats true its funny how a number are stopped in Cumbria which is in England

i work the border and i'm still not sure if we would/could do the test unless we had attempted to stop prior to it. I think we would probably just let police scotland know and they could stop it if we're lucky to have any of their patrols nearby,

so the OP never actually got stopped and doesn't know for sure that it was an unmarked police car but because 3 marked cars turned up at the garage it must've been. sounds dubious to me.
