1. Ok 4 new tyres need. So it's time to change wheels, going to put 18" rims, any suggestions on what would suit my car. Looking to spend a max of £650 on the rims then plus tyres approx £450.
Been looking for days and far to much choice help

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

3. Boss fox. yeah that's very poor job. Shouldn't really be cutting on the vehicle, especially on metallic paint the slightest touch will mark and scratch. I been wrapping for 10 years and I have had to work with subbys and 90% of them I wouldn't even let them getting in spitting distance of my car with a blade and squeegee. The main problem now days is that the vinyls are getting easier to work with and fit and unskilled so called fitters are attacking our cars with poor results. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
4. Will do at weekend Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
5. No not removed yet. The pro sports look good I went for white/green. White in day time green when I put lights on. The green is a bit bright tho. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
6. Managed to fit boost gauge and voltmeter but time beat me on oil pressure gauge and the fact not 100% sure which screw and its a total ass to get at. Leave it for a warmer day Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
7. Cheers for that fingers crossed I find it at least I know to attack it with 5 mm Allen key. Sent from my iPad using Tap
8. Can I fit the sender direct or do I need some sort of t piece or extension . Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
9. 4mm I must be looking an wrong part. The the one I was looking at looked more like 10mm. Fitting tomorrow so I will keep on looking Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
10. Not fitted them yet, but took a quick look down that area. Would I be right in thinking the blanking screw as a hex/Allen key type fitting in the top and very shinny. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
11. I don't know of them so can't comment. For £1200 they should be using very top end materials and doing all door shuts. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
12. Will be attacking it this weekend 3 pro sport gauges to be fitted. I may be back for more help and advice. Thanks again Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
13. Hi to all those who want a wrap. My occupation is vehicle wrapping,I been wrapping vehicles for other 10 years now. Just a few pointers to getting the right job. Cheapest is not always the best, ask your self what materials are they using there are some poor cheap materials on the market. Make sure they are using a cast vinyl not calendered vinyl. Make sure they are stripping off handles mirrors etc and not just cutting around them. Cleaning vehicle down with panel wipe or iso. On checking over after completed wrap make sure no flapping edges they should all be heated down. Make sure no patches or they may call them fillets there would be no reason for this apart from making mistake and can't be bothered to change panel. Also no small or large creases, no splits and joins. Check that the vinyl as not been over stretched around bumper area and top of wings. If a matt black wrap check make sure no shinny areas if so a cheap material used and over stretched. No large bubbles, small bubbles will disappear with in a couple of weeks as the vinyl settles. Are they wrapping just the outer body work or are they quoting for all the door shuts as well. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
14. I put a matt black roof on mine as you can see, it makes the car look smaller and works well with white. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
15. That's a great help, just need to locate it in the engine bay, guessing its towards the front. And like most things a bitch to get at !
