  1. My Outdoor has the same spec as yours. I've been driving it since January and these are the extras I had installed - in order of importance (to me): Spare wheel - I prefer not to risk getting stranded but it does raise the boot floor quite a bit. Not a problem for me and it does make it easier for the dogs to get in and out. Heated windscreen - brilliant. Clear screen in seconds on a frosty morning. No problems at all about seeing the filaments. Highly recommended. Driver fatigue sensor - ordered out of curiosity. Hard to tell but I think it may work. Even if it gives the occasional false alarm, it could be a life-saver.
  2. No trouble with mine - notably smooth and positive, just as it should be.
  3. The Yeti Outdoor that I’m collecting next week is in Rosso Brunello. I went to take a look at it on Christmas Eve. It’s a very handsome colour and suits the vehicle admirably, in my opinion. Having now seen it in reality, I am also of the opinion that the new face lift styling is an improvement. Seeing the new and the old side by side, there was no contest. The Yeti just grew up.
  4. Dealer called this morning. My Yeti Outdoor SE 2.0 TDI 110PS is expected to be with them on Monday. I ordered it on 1st November and it will arrive pretty much exactly when the dealer predicted it would. I’ll go and look it over next week but will postpone taking delivery until after the seasonal festivities. The extras I ordered include a heated windscreen and a spare wheel. I shall miss my Roomster. It hasn’t put a foot wrong in nearly 6 years.
  5. Thanks, Truthseeker. I hope you're right. If it turns out to be as reliable as my trusty Roomster, I shall be well pleased. Styling fashions come and go but reliability is, for me, the thing that matters above all others.
  6. The new brochure (November 2013) for the updated models is now available for download at http://toolsnew.skoda.co.uk/content/brochure/brochure_yeti2013.pdf I like the new look and ordered my Outdoor earlier this month.
