  1. Hi, Been away for a while as the car has been gone for over a year. Still got some spares laying around. 1 litre ATE Typ 200 Super Blue Brake Fluid £10 posted Custom fabricated track day towing strap - fabricated from OEM towing eye bolt £25 posted Set of 4 OEM 1.4 TSI spark plugs NGK 96209 - SIZFR6B8EG £30 posted Mk2 Fabia stereo surround £12 posted TMG Performance aluminium 90 degree battery tray Brand new - rotates the battery 90 degrees to allow fitting of cold air intake to slam panel - Costs £80 from TMG £32 posted
  2. Correct me if I'm wrong but the Fabia only has two silencers, one centre and one back box. At the front you have the cat which is required to pass MOT
  3. I have a rattle can of race blue I bought a while back when I was going to paint the interior trim pieces of my fabia. Never got round to it and the car is now gone. Yours if you want it.
  4. The mk2 vrs was pretty much cobbled together from the VAG parts bin. Either the DRLS were a last minute addition or they were just too lazy to make a new headlamp bezel without a sidelight bulb. The bulb is there simply so there isn't a gaping hole
  5. Intake is now sold. Borbet wheels with tyres still for sale. £300 collected £340 posted. More info on this thread in wheels and tyres section. http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/403497-borbet-f-17-x-7j-5x100-pcd-with-tyres/?p=4689691#entry4689691
  6. Price update. These prices are final. Wheels and tyres £300. ITG maxogen with cleaning kit £100 Spacers £50 Extra cost for postage, grab a bargain
  7. May have misunderstood your initial comment. I though you were referring to the fact VAG endorse the use of Castrol oils for example even though it isn't the best choice. As you mentioned if it has the correct VW spec then it's fine to use
  8. Oil doesn't have to be certified by VW. As long as it is the correct spec for your car then it is fine. For 1.4 Twincharger if the can says VW502 or VW504 then it's fine, whether that is from comma, as da, tesco etc.
  9. I always used comma, nice cheap brand which meets all the modern specs and also comes with a guarantee so long as you use the grade they recommend. Made by the same parent company as Mobil 1 for less money. They do two ranges. A more expensive retail range. 5w30 Prolife VW504 5w40 Syner G VW502 Or they do a cheaper garage range which is exactly the same stuff. 5w30 Xflow type V VW504 5w40 Xflow type G VW502 The Xflow can be found for sub £15 for 5 litres at local motor factors.
  10. Yeah £330 collected £370 delivered Borbet F 17x7J ET36 5x100. 205 40 R17 Hankook V12 Ventus tyres with 6mm tread all round
