  1. Is there any chance of a pic of the bumper please? Also how much delivered to ne38 7pe? Pm me a price if you like.
  2. Have a ou still got rear bumper? If yes what condition is it in and how much delivered to a mainland uk address?
  3. What is likely to be the problem cntuning? A lad i know said he was having similar sort of thing happening with his mk4 golf with the auq lump and he said that since removing all the pcv stuff (I think thats what he said it was called) and fitting a oil catch can its loads better. it used to slightly do it before the remap but since getting the remap its exaggerated it loads! I'll give that a go tomorrow mluton. Cheers for the replys guys.
  4. Hi guys, is it normal for a mk1 vrs to feel like its coming on boost then letting off for a sec then boosting strong again then letting off for a sec again? Mine does this 3-4 times through the rev range. I find it irritating as I'v had a couple of turbo cars previously and they have never done this.
  5. I used a company somewhere in the uk using exactly the same photo's as these (not this company tho) and when I recived my calipers after a week and a half after being promised one next day and other the following day as I needed them asap the badges had been ground off and painted over in a slightly different shade of green. I could be wrong but this screamed fake to me. I'll find out the companys name off my ebay and post it on here for you guys. On and it was for around the same price too. Also does anyone have the part number for little fuse box type thing on top of the battery for a 2001vrs. The one thatwas put up for the 2005 one doesnt fit the 2001 aaccording to a couple of ebay listings.
  6. Hi guys. I found the problem. when I put one of the fuses back in I had put it in the slot next to the one it was supposed to got in. *holds head in embarrassment! *
  7. Na not yet. Not been able to get to a shop due to hours I work. I'll be going this afternoon.
  8. There was only the 1 blown and that was only for the interior/boot lights. It has me baffled. the other half said the elextric windows arent working anymore either when she drove it today.
  9. Hi guys, I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. Anyway I was fitting some led lights In the boot tonight and the wires touched by accident while trying them to see what wire went to which (one silver and one gold :-S) and blew the fuse for the boot light. My phone was dead and I'm in the middle of changing internet providers so I have no Internet so couldn't check to see which fuse is which as theres no label on the reverse of the fuse box cover either, so I set away at checking the fuses pulling them one by one (would never usually do this) and once I found the fuse I had to leave it as I haven't got any of the tiny fuses. So anyway I get the wires soldered into the right place and packs my stuff away and tried to lock the car but the key will no longer work but I can still start and drive the car and use the key in the door but I cant get the key to lock/unlock the car by the buttons. Does anyone know what the problem could be and how it js fixed? Massive thanks for any help in advance!
  10. Cheers for the replys and sorry for the late reply. My phone went for a swim so i had to dry it out. Haha. Where is this mico switch and how do you replace it? Is there any guides on the net for it? Its one of those silly little things that bugs me. Gay i know before anyone says it. Lol.
  11. Yer the light comes on when the doors are unlocked and if you use the key in that door to unlock it. No buzzer sound if you leave the lights on and open the door. If youopen any other door or press the buttons to turn them on they come straight on.
