  1. ofc, by they way, you can write Projector Kit @ eBay and you will see many options. this is what I ordered: Projectors: http://www.ebay.com/itm/371599266195?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=640610560068&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT HID KIT: http://www.ebay.com/itm/121142204752?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=420155146705&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT LED strips: http://www.ebay.com/itm/401057036111?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Sealant: http://www.ebay.com/itm/181966572375?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I hope it will arrive by the end of June and the project will be finished around the beginning of July. I will try to take as much photos as I can from the project and I'll post it here.
  2. thank you igor - you are exactly right. The Xenon headlights are Euro 660 without shipping and costumes, I have purchased a projector kit with angel eyes, an led strip and a xenon kit for less than Euro 150
  3. Greetings from Israel, here is my "Elegance" Rapid 1.4TSI with DSG7 (This was the highest spec when I bought it (delivered 19/04/2016) - no Multimedia screen, no MaxiDot, 4 spoke ugly steering wheel and so on.. we had 2 options, "Ambition" and "Elegance" - the Elegance adds 16" Dione rims, Climatronic, 2 extra speakers and cruise control, a big shame! I like driving fast and curvey roads therefore I'm investing in performance more than looks, I made an ECU upgrade and currently have about 25 KG/M of torque and about 150 horses, the car feels great and it's a bit faster than a 1.8TSI stock Seat Leon. I will be fitting KW coilovers and remus exhaust systems as soon as I get the money for it. also, I will be replacing my front brake discs to larger ones (288mm stock to 312mm upgraded) so enough talking -
  4. Thank you. Another question then, anyone tried retrofitting a projector kit into the headlights?
  5. eyegr I'm talking about the headlight, are you sure the bumper needs to be taken off??
  6. Should I just go for a universal Remus/Borla etc exhaust? I would also like to make a cut in the diffuser since the OEM one has no exhaust vent.
  7. Hey guys, so I've finally got some cash to upgrade my Rapid, already flashed and ecu upgrade and car pulls very well! I wanted to get some sound out of it, I'm sure you know the Forge spacer doesn't quite fit with the stock intake, so maybe anyone here knows a solution for it? or should I just install a aftermarket cold air intake? I have a K&N inbox currently. also did anyone here install aftermarket exhaust? did it change the sound of the car dramatically?
  8. It looks identical to me, except as you can see the turbocharger is up front.
  9. Shark torque is too much for the DSG7 to handle, The limit is 250NM, also I think a 65NM boost from only an ECU upgrade is a bit too good to be true. there is also the problem with dealers, which don't exist in Israel, so I can't check the software. also there is no option for Skoda Rapid in the Revo site, not even talking about the new 1.4TSI
  10. So unfortunately I couldn't find anything beside upsolute ecu remap for my 1.4tsi rapid, I have been talking to many APR dealers and they all have no answer for me, I'd really rather use APR than any other chip, so is there anyone here with experience with upsolute? would you recommend doing this? http://www.upsolute.com/en/chiptuning/db/car/4151/skoda/rapid-2011/skoda-rapid-14-tsi-122 30 hp gain and 50nm of torque, I believe it would give at least half of what it says, which is still good enough for me.
  11. what is the price difference between the 1.2 tsi and 1.4 in Europe?
  12. Hey I am the guy from Israel I also wonder why people here don't talk or buy the 1.4 tsi the 122 ps version differs from the 140/150/160 and so on by not having a supercharger, this setup makes it much more reliable and there are no problems for me so far (21kkm) also, here in Israel, the 1.2 tsi manual is the rarest version, 1.4TSI is standard and 1.6 diesel is used only for cabs (diesel in Israel is almost unused by regular people)
  13. Looks awesome! a few questions if I may.. 1. price? 2. any differences with driving comfort? 3. any differences while driving "more aggressively"? I want it for my car as well!
  14. exactly the same problems, replaced the rubber, still had the noise, put some silicone on it, no solution! 18000 KM
