Hi all, Having real trouble finding a cold air intake pipe anywhere cheap. All ebay ones are the best part of £100. Wanting to run the s2000 filter but i want it down low. Any second hand pipes about or tips on where to buy them from? Thanks

That's what I thought just wanted to see if there was any pictures of any about. Theres a few lagunas at my local scrap yard so may pick one up cheap and see how it look. How much arw they where you are? £42+vat here.

LCR splitters are so expensive for what they are now, just seeing if this is an alternative. Maybe something different

Hi guys, in desperate need of the post cat o2 sensor, the one after the cat. Had a light up for a while now and sourced it to this, I've been putting it off but I thought I'd check on here 1st before I have to dig out £100+ on a new one. Someone must have one hanging about. Thanks Josh

Oh I see, thanks for the explanation. I'm on the Isle of Wight so down south is best, will be a while before the a map is considered but TIP, SAI removal, CAI and FMIC soon enough. Then the exhaust if I can find a good second hand piece of kit. Wouldn't be able to justify £300 under the car to the misses lol.

Thanks some really good advice, but will removing it increase emissions? Thats the bit I don't understand? Or has it got nothing to do with emissions? Another question, what sort of prices are stage 2 maps? Looks into it for a diesel before but I imagine these engines being mapped with wiping out the sai is a bit more pricey. Thanks

Hi chaps, Thinking of an sai removal but will this effect my emissions? And also does this need to be done to fit a cold air intake as I don't believe there's anywhere to attach the return pipe which would connect to the old air box. Feel free to put me straight :/ Thanks

Found a broken connection and bridged the gap, very neatly I may add but now there's no light atall :/ may have to throw the towel in on this one I hate giving up especially when a new fob is £112!

Yeh only one key. Its in the way the old battery came out, tried it that way and nothing then the other way and still nothing thwn back the proper way and this is when the light started. Not a stupid question I did question myself lol.

Hi all, key fob didn't work (non flip) when I bought the car on my mk1 (Y reg) octavia vrs, changed the battery but now the red light in the fob stays on but dim and when I press the either button it goes off and as soon as I release it, it comes back on. Tried packing it out and it went off but as soon as I pressed the button I got a bright red flash then the dim light stayed on again, doing the same. Still not locking or unlocking car. Do I need a new fob? Oh flashes bright when the fob is almost held bent and pressing the unlock button. Really stuck on this now :/ any help would be great. Thanks Josh
