  1. Can someone confirm where is the drivers side side-airbag crash sensor in my Superb (2009 1.4 manual sedan, ambiente). Im getting the below code. I disconnected and connected all the electrical connections under seat and this didnt help, which makes me guess the sensor is somewhere inside the drivers door. If this is the case, is there somewhere guidance how to remove the door panel? The code Im getting: Sunday,29,September,2013,16:46:46:32264 VCDS Version: Release 11.11.3 Address 15: Airbags Labels: 5N0-959-655.lbl Control Module Part Number: 3T0 959 655 HW: 3T0 959 655 Component and/or Version: J234__LA8 VW10 HI 1815 Software Coding: 0016696 Work Shop Code: WSC 33361 790 00999 VCID: FEF96021A9ECD49 1 Fault Found: 01221 - Crash Sensor Side Airbag; Driver Side (G179) 010 - Open or Short to Plus - MIL ON Freeze Frame: Fault Status: 11101010 Fault Priority: 2 Fault Frequency: 1 Reset counter: 86 Mileage: 70152 km Time Indication: 0 Date: 2105.14.08 Time: 16:45:42
  2. Looks like I'm having this twindoor harness issue as well in my 2009 sedan: faulty rear fog light bulb from the "wrong" side -message, and the trunk lid buttons quit working. I can only open the smaller lid with a remote. Based on the good pics in this thread it looks that the harness will break around in the hinge area and in order to get access to there you also need to open the "large trunk-lid" (twindoor?). I removed the smaller lid inner trim and all cabling seemed good there. My question is: How can you open the whole twindoor if the twindoor buttons are not working? Is there some kind of "service opening procedure"?
  3. Any update on posting the pics and guidance? Looks like I got the same problem today; neither of the trunk buttons do anything, and with remote I can only open the smaller lid. Would be nice to get some hints before I will start opening (breaking...) things.
