  1. Byran, Did the ECU code change work? And what year is your car?
  2. Will an; 1. Octavia 3 Hawk wheel 7.0J × 17", ET 49 2. Octavia 2 Neptune wheel 7,5 x 18 H2, ET 51 Fit straight onto a Superb 2 with factory wheels 7.0J x 16“, ET 45 PCD 112 mm Wheel centring hole diameter: 57 mm
  3. What is peoples opinion of changing the standard spectrum 16" wheels on a Greenline 2 for 18's in regards to changing from the manufacturers recommendations?
  4. I enquired to Skoda about upgrading from the Greenline 16" wheels to 18's. The reply; Regards your query about upgrading your wheels from 16" to the 18" version, while it may be physically possible to fit the 18" wheels to your vehicle it would conflict with the "Greenline" concept. Let me explain, your vehicle has many attributes that class it as a "Greenline" vehicle. One of these attributes is the wheel dimensions and the tyre specification. The specification of your vehicle is designed to give you minimum fuel consumption. Skoda permit the use of 17" wheels on your vehicle while still maintaining the "Greenline" benefits. I have included the wheel and tyre specification in the attached document and if in doubt please contact your nearest retailer who will be able to advise you on wheel types tyres and associated costs. Wheel and tyre specification for Greenline 1.6 /77 kW TDI CR; 205/55 R16 91H (7Jx16) Or 205/50R 17 93H (6Jx17) My question is will the Fabia VRS Gigaro 17" wheels with disc wheel size 7J work because it's not 6J as in the spec?
  5. Will the 1.6 TDI Greenline accept 18" wheels considering the lower chassis and lowered suspension? Does the dash clock then need to be recalibrated?
  6. I was only able to get the red casing myself. When the lights are off you can see a bit of a red colour reflecting from the casing which I think looks good. I thought a neutral colour might be on the market by now but obviously not.
  7. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CREE-Q5-382-LED-REVERSE-BULB-SKODA-SUPERB-YETI-/330673221817?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4cfda8f0b9 This is the Cree 382 bulb I use for DRL. It's twice the price of the bulb you mention but I highly recommend it. No canbus errors and suits the car. Try get it in the silver casing.
  8. The 382 P21W CREE LED bulb is excellent as a DRL. It has a subtle xenon white effect with a very minimal blue tint.
  9. The above have no canbus errors? What upgrade for the 5w side parking lights did you get? I got excellent 5w LED's but they showed a bulb error on the dash.
  10. I added an STP NCT injector cleaner to a fill of diesel and then an injector protector on the second fill. The motor is running great.
  11. When you change alloy wheel size do you need the computer recaled by the main dealer?
  12. Looking for 2 bulb upgrades for a superb 1.6 CR Greenline Elegance; 1. A new H3 high beam bulb in white to match the Bi Xenon white light. Has any one tried; http://www.ebay.in/i...W-/400338188139 2. A new W5W LED parking light with no canbus errors. PS It's a 2011. Is that a MY11?
