  1. Selling my recently acquired fabia vrs that I purchased from a friend of mine. I actually found it originally on here and went and collected it for him as it was the best one around at the time. Its been looked after truly fantastically, with all the services being done by a Skoda main dealer up until about the last 2 years where it has been serviced by local garages and myself. The car car has done just under 114,000 miles has cruise control from factory HID headlights from factory The air con actually works, unlike every other car I have owned. Comes witn private plate SK05 FAB which is for sure worth some money on its own! Also comes with 17” vrs spiders with 3 good tyres, but one of the fronts has a puncture so I pump it up at the moment frequently, it’s a shame because the tread is really good. it has had a remap, can’t remember which company but it comes with all the original paperwork, the info is on there. All receiots etc for all work all available with the folder just recently had two brand new rear callipers, not recon, fitted by a local workshop, at a cost of over £400 and new pads all round the car has had pd150 head bolts fitted a lovely Sony Bluetooth stereo also comes with h&r 25mm springs fitted, firms it up but is still very comfortable. - the downside to this car is that someone keyed it, all round each panel, other than that, it’s truly lovely. Id only like £1,500 it’s been unmolested and is a great car. Also, in the image I posted one of the rear lights is damaged, I have bought new lights and fitted them
  2. Shame it’s silver!
  3. Will sell this for like £600, would love to break it, but don’t have the space
  4. Selling my Fabia estate with a smoothed Fabia Vrs front bumper rear Vrs bumper 312mm brakes Height adjustable coil overs , kw v1 springs Vrs wheels with 2 new tyres probably less than 100 miles. Vrs steering wheel, handbrake, seats comes with black Vrs interior bits 6sp converted, Vrs gearbox fitted with 312mm brakes. Needs bodywork doing and just generally tidying up, I can’t be bothered with it right now. It has a full service history and has only been owned by me and one other family member. 2001, 160k miles, full history, 2 keys green in colour Would like £800 ish.
  5. All sounds expensive ! Looks great though. Love those seats.
  6. You will need the flywheel too from a 6speed box. DMF flywheel the 5 speed boxes are single mass as standard. No way of re coding the Speedo as far as I am aware, much easier to just fit the VRS Speedo, I did so and just mapped out my immo
  7. If it’s definitely the intercooler leaking, then yes, replace it!
  8. Did the problem just start with your set up that has been fine before? Or have modifications been made and this is a result of what’s been done?
  9. This is down by the adventure playground, nice car, I’ve seen it around. I live in sandgate.
  10. Just done the 6 speed conversion into my estate again! Different car, as I stupidly sold the last one in a time of weakness! :( at least it was a lot easier this time, despite me forgetting to remove some important parts that were needed from the VRS I took the gearbox from. Ended up costing more because I had to buy those parts new from TPS. Its well worth the change, so anyone thinking of putting a VRS gearbox in their Fabia, these are the things you will need; (I may have done a list before) -Gearbox -gear cables and tower -starter motor and bolts -drive shafts and all bolts -Bell housing bolts -Flywheel bolts -pressure plate bolts (they look the same but -the 6sp clutch uses smaller ones) -clutch kit for 6sp -Concentric slave cylinder -clutch pipe (from master cylinder to slave) -dog bone mount -VRS Speedo (the Vrs takes its speed from the wheels, where as the 5 speed box takes its speed from the plug on the gearbox) And then swap all those bits
  11. I don’t have that information unfortunately. As the gearbox is a 6sp from a BLT Vrs going into my estate, and I forgot to take off this pipe from the other car. All I know is that the reg it came from is - GJ06 YGG thank you
  12. Hey guys, does anyone know the part number for the clutch pipe on a VRS? Goes from master cylinder to the concentric slave cylinder. Really need one ASAP, thank you
  13. Don’t know the number, but it’s the pipe that attaches to the concentric space cylinder. Its got a flexible end and the rest is all solid like a brake pipe. Goes to go master cylinder.
  14. Do you still have the car mate? I need the clutch slave cylinder and the pipe that goes back to the master. All one piece.
  15. Skoda saint! Have you still got the car? I need the clutch shave cylinder and the pipe that that goes back to the master. Pleaaaaasee
  16. What you doing with the old ones?
  17. I checked this, thank you for your input. It’s really strange and has annoyed me. The parts are clearly compatible as they work when first all connected up, but as soon as I cycle the ignition, the window stops working. Its rsther odd, I’m sure it’s some kind of coding perhaps, but who knows.
  18. Ive been ok thanks mate, really good at the moment. hope you are well too!
  19. Was the most amazing car I’ve ever been in, pretty much laughed the whole way around snetterton in this thing.
