Just sold the octy vrs, it's gone even further north so if anyone is up near thurso look out for it lol. Must say I'm loving the replacement audi s4.

Some guy on fb has just been trying to pass off his octy 4x4 he is breaking as a vrs when I asked about parts he is arguing it don't have the vrs wheels, exhaust, interior because they r 'extras' lol. Am I right that there has never been a 4x4 vrs?

so here is the finished result, decided on gunmetal for the colour.

Is it possible to fit the stubby golf drop links as I have fk coil overs and fk shorter drop links but the links only lasted a year and they are at one hell of a crazy angle.

im rocking the wrc wing still feels strange looking in rear view mirror though after all these months with it but i do love it, also just gone back to standard spiders after running 3sdm 0.05's which were just too wide and the rubbing did my head in lol

im thinking of getting my standard vrs spiders refurbed or maybe replacing them with 18's, problem is i quite like the spiders but dont know what colour to go for on my black 54 vrs. im thinking possibly gloss black or maybe bronze? i did have white 3sdm 0.05's but due to car being slammed the arches scrubbed alot. what 18's can i get that are no wider than 8j?

last aberdeen meet i went to had 3 cars and 2 of these were from elgin/lossie ive just about given up on briskoda meets even when i have driven hours down to dumferline there was only about 6 or so cars!

im running an r tech stage 1 with sai mapped out, car drives great but as for the rolling road, my car is now slammed yet it fits on the mot brake test rollers ok so im sure being low cant be too much of a problem?

went out tonight for a play with the camera lol

ive been pressing the pedal with my hand while fitting the switch. got a few from scrappy but none worked properly. took 3 switches apart and built 1 good switch out of the bits available.all is now working however i have a new switch on order from vw which should arrive tomorrow. thanks for the advice guys.

hi guys, i recently changed the battery then noticed i had no cruise control, after running vcds found the brake switch had intermitent signal fault, got a new switch of ebay which looked different and fitted it still no brake lights! on refitting original switch brake lights are constantly on no matter what! im now stuck!

Will be about as busy as the meets normally are lol

Ran vcds came up with something about engine speed exceeded warranty void! Reset it and cruise control worked, then stopped. Vcds again, found brake switch, reset and cruise control worked for about 20 miles. Then found I had no brake lights! Yet this evening brake lights r working again! New brake switch has been ordered.

Seems very quiet up here in moray at the moment. Anyone up for a meet?
