  1. Do either of those Skoda solutions hold an iPad Pro? (The big sized one) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Its great for anything except direct sunlight. We need a shade for the little guy in this circumstances. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. TBH one of the reasons I was ok with the 190 in our Superb (it was ex demo so no choice) was the rated combined MPG being only 1 or 2 MPG off from the 150. Coming from an Octy III with the 150, I knew how it performed vs rating and I was happy with that. Unfortunately this has not translated to the 190. It is MUCH further off of rating. The 150 was 49.5 with a DSG long term over 45k miles. Over 10.8k in the 190 it's barely over 41. I don't expect cars to match the advertised mileage however the discrepancy of variation between the engines is rather annoying. You can't make an informed decision as a buyer. 4. I have the same thing in a 190 2wd. Exact same conditions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Which engine do you have? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Not over Bluetooth, sadly. Good news is that you plug your phone in with CarPlay and you have the CarPlay interface for those apps with all the goodies Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Where are you taking it in wimbledon park? I need to have exactly the same sort of work done and was going to go to Epsom but not so much anymore! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Normal behavior. If you have the front and rear sensors, then they are always on below a certain speed. I had these in my Octavia and they would fire off like that if a cyclist or motor bike got too close in traffic. Quite useful actually. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. To be honest it was the reason I went for an SE-L. Couldn't stand the brown and being a jeans wearer, I knew that beige would t be beige on my seat for too long! If this stays, my next car will be an L&K! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. That's impressive! I'll have to keep an eye out for you as I haven't seen any other Superb IIIs in Leatherhead except mine! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. That's VERY interesting that you were offered black leather on an L&K. Are you sure?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I dunno. My Octavia had it but then my superb, from the same dealer 2 years later, didn't. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I just checked and it does work. That being said, I keep my phone on the passenger seat or in the middle vs putting it in the cubby with the USB port as I have a 6S+ and it's a bit cosy. Not sure the phone would pick up the audio in there (the phone mic is what's used to trigger hey Siri be everything else being piped via the car audio system.) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I have this same missing item. I thought it was just me being daft Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Same here Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. The only issue with that theory is that my ex demo was built in July/August and delivered for 1 Sept registration at the dealer and it still has the crappy mileage. This was before the implications of diesel gate broke and, even if work was done in advance of the story breaking, then we would all be seeing similar results. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Wow. Anything like that for me would be a dream. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I have the 19s on mine. It's ex demo so it's what it came with. It is a bit of a harsher ride than the one with 18s that I test drove but not massively so. I'd say the thing that I dislike the most is the lower profile tyres. Hit a pothole that dos the tyre in that wouldn't have likely damaged a normal profile tyre. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I have set up the car to use Eco engine and normal other things via drive mode selection and its increased it by 2mpg or so. Mostly as a result of the coasting ability that seems to overcome the engine braking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Please keep us updated. I feel the same way on my 190 DSG. It feels like it holds the gears too long, certainly be my Octavia 150 diesel. I'm on 6500 miles and still getting high 30s on average with super careful driving that would have resulted in mid 50s on my old Octavia. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Can anyone show or link to a video showing access to the SIII fuses on a UK vehicle? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I have to say that the 190 (2wd) really needs more intervention than the 150 I had in the Octavia did. Like others have said, the 190 seems to like hanging onto the lower gears a lot longer. I felt like the 150 was perfect but the 190really needs help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. This. Right here. This is why you put in a dashcam Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I'd have to agree. It's gone onto my "wouldn't order another car without it" list. This is coming from an Octavia with Xenon and AFS with HBA. Light years better. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. That sounds about right. Manual or DSG? I miss my 150 :-( Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
