    Adjusted the clip positions closer to either end of the door and seems to be fixed now.

    It turned out that this was a result of a dirty ABS sensor and a groove embedded into a disc (disc is still fine for purpose) and the sensor was cleaned with WD40 - all is well now !

    Tried that hutch
     
    In the end it took a blowtorch, crow bar, gear puller, lump hammer, two normal hammers, steel bar, breaker bar, a socket set and a lot of leverage
     
    ANNNNNDDDDDDDDD
     
    its still stuck...
     
    so we removed the entire arm !
     
    apparantly what happened was that the bearing collapsed and the cv joint melded itself inside and is now fooked !
