Seems as though there should be a bunch of bolts you just undo but... I think someone has had it off before and riveted it back together.

I've recently bought some refurbished wheels off someone on here so my original wheels are up for sale. They are all straight but are in need of refurbishing, the tyres are uniroyal rainsport 2's and 3's. the rainsport 3's have at least 5mm of tread on them. This is a picture of the worst wheel and the corrosion. Looking for £125 collected ono I also have a standard exhaust up for grabs £50 collected I want both items gone so make me an offer
