I had the same issue. Both the pads and the discs were in terrible condition after 10.000 miles! The dealer changed them under warranty and I assumed there was a batch of defective rear discs/pads.

Am I doing something wrong? I am pretty amused how that simple little coding is not working on my car lol

How much should I wait for the clocks to “power down”? I tried to recode it again and a screen that said “long coding information is not available” or smth like that appeared which I remember had appeared the first time I tried to code it. Anyways, I ticked Byte 3, bit 1 and the car accepted the coding. I waited for half an hour for the clocks to “power down” but when I got back to the car, the seat didn’t move at all. Tried couple of times to lock/unlock and start the engine, but the issue remains. Should I wait more? Thanks in advance.

It is a HEX-USB+CAN interface, updated to 18.9.1, I have been using it for like 4 or 5 years without a single problem. Is there anyone else who had problem activating this particular feature?

I am using VCDS and it is updated to the last version. However, I have tried it a couple times, even left it activated since I applied it last time and it is simply not working. My Superb is L&K and it has electric seats with memory settings. The other reason may be that my seat is adjusted more to the back, but still I am no that tall to reach some kind of a "limit". So far I have managed to code HBA, TSR and other extras successfully, except for this one...

Failed without any signs or warnings. I was going uphill on the highway and I saw that the water tenperature was above 100. Stopped the car immediately, without turning the engine off, turned the heat to the maximum level. Skoda covered the defective water pump. Year of registration July, 2014 Engine 2.0 TDI 150ps Mileage when fault occurred 60.000 km or 38.000 miles Dealer name & response (i.e. "don't want to know"/"yep, they all do that"/other) Bulgarian Skoda Dealer. Warranty or goodwill contribution? All covered by warranty. Fast response! Any other info. (Full Skoda service history/independent?) Full Skoda service history. The car is now at 160.000 km or 100.000 miles. The water pump was changed again, this time preventively with the timing belt.

I messed up the coding value of 'Fuel Tank Variant', that is why it showed me the car had more fuel. The original value is 1, but unintenionally I set it to 2, probably when I was scrolling through the bytes with the arrow keys. Still cannot figure out why am I driving a VW Atlas ?

The fuel gauge showed me 5 litres refill quantity and the needle didn't move at all but I have travelled for around 200 kilometres. Of course, I thought that is not possible and when I went to the gas station to ref uel, the car took up 25 litres?? Does anyone have a clue on this thing? Unfortunately, I didn’t make a backup. When I opened the controller, I just saw that it stated VW Atlas. When I tried to change it, it didn’t accept it. Can somebody upload a photo of Byte 0? Thanks in advance.

Is there anybody who could enlighten me what should I do? I starting do get worried a bit Vw Atlas is a SUV and when the A5 controller is coded for Atlas it may have different values that are set for the HBA. Maybe I have messed something up when I coded the HBA. Still, I haven’t noticed any other problems with the car.

I think I have a big problem with А5 controller (FrSensorDrvAssis). When I enter the 07 Coding Menu, in Byte 0 it says VW Atlas, it does not say Skoda Superb. It does not accept the coding when I reselect Skoda Superb and the field becomes blank. Why is that happening?

Hello, I have enabled the High Beam Assist (not SLA) on my MY18 Skoda Superb L&K, but it seems to work inadequately. It randomly flashes the lights and it occurs that it sees the upcoming traffic too slowly. Is there something I can do to make it work better? Also, when I was activating it around 3 months ago, I discovered that with my VCDS cable there were many options/coding missing (18.2.1 version) and most of the labels were in German? Is it because my car is with the new infotainment system and DSG7 gearbox? One last request - can you please tell how to enable the 'Easy Entry' option. Thanks in advance.

Where can I find the build week of my Superb? The local dealership had the car in stock, so I wasn’t provided with information about BW or delivery dates. Rather interesting is that I have the RVC nozzle that cleans the camera, not sure if it is a MY19 feature. Thanks in advance.

I do not have SLA on my car. However, I have enabled HBA successfully but I was thinking what would happen if I change this setting to “Dynamic Light Assist”? Will it function like SLA by any chance (I don’t need “eyelashes”) or the difference in the hardware, not the coding is responsible for the dead zone which SLA creates for the oncoming traffic at night?

I can't remember if I had momentary consumption included in the menu of maxi-dot but it seems to be missing after I enabled and disabled some features six months ago... I have a problem. My Octavia III did not arrive with an alarm and I have no time to deal with the Skoda dealer. I searched where to buy an oem alarm kit but I could not find?
