hi can anyone point me in the right direction for a pairof helper springs for the rear of my 4x4 octavia estate, its the 05 1.9tdi model. thanks in advance

my 05 4x4 octavia estate seems to be sagging a bit at thee rear, can anyone recommend some shocks for me do you know is it possible to get ones to rise it up a wee bit. any help much appreciated thanks

my 05 4x4 octavia with the 1.9 tdi engine is doing the same thing,starts first turn when cold but is very slow to fire up when warm. it drives very well apart from this, has anyone any more info on a possible cure. thanks

hi i,m looking a tow bar for my 05 4x4 estate, i have looked on ebay and there are loads but some seam very cheap. my question is are they worth taking a punt on. thanks

well ifinally bought one, its an 05 4x4 tdi estate i drove it home from leeds to stranraer yesterday alls good only i notice the engine is slow to fire up when its warm. any ideas what it could be. thanks

hi i,m going to look at a 2005 1.9 tdi 4x4 at the weekend, to be honest its been a bit of a work horse from the pics i,ve seen but that don,t bother me as i will be using it for work and shooting. it has 155k miles on it and the clutch was replaced last year, it comes with a years mot and new tyres all round, are there any things i should be looking for,many thanks

thats a good idea to get someone of the forum to check it out, there is a clean looking one in felsted essex, i don,t suppose there are any members on here that live near by who would check it out for some beer tokens

hi what are your views on buying a motor on e bay, would you chance it if it was with a dealer and vehicle has fsh. i,m looking a 4x4 octavia and i see a few on it but i,m a bit dubious about shelling out a few grand without actually seeing the car as i,m in n.ireland. what do you think, thanks
