Cheers for the reply mate. Previously, when pushed all the way through its travel in order to squirt the washer, it did the wiper 3 to 4 times after. Now it just does it once. The bloody thing. I'll have a look at cleaning the contacts and see if that solves it. Thanks again, CW 👍

Evening folks. Just a quick one regarding my 2005 Octavia estate. I've had all the usual issues with the rear wiper and washer jet but the cars developed a new one that's very odd. When I put the back washer on, the car used to do the usual 3 or 4 passes with the back wiper then stop. Now when I do it, it only does 1 pass then stops. I have to, annoyingly, manually flip the stalk every time I want it to go. Odd one that I can't find any info on. Any ideas? Thanks
