Similar problem with ours, turned out to be sticking passenger side front caliper

As mentioned earlier an 'Italian tune-up' might do the job. I have a 140cr combi I with dsg. We tow a caravan in the summer, the car feels noticeably sprightly after its first tow of the year, and a good engine workout. Leaving it in sport mode for a while may clear it out.
