  1. I can see you already figured it out. My vehicle fits de famous dq200. The smallest audi's have it. The dealer's workshop shief told me that they were installing a new clutch pack on these vehicles. The rattle and noisy gear shifting won't go, because of the dry clutch thing. I think that's acceptable; you can google noisy dry clutch and you'll find out some ducati's motorcycles with dry clutch and the sound problem. However, i can still hear something different when the car goes from the 1 to 2 gear. Something you can't hear on other gears. This is what worries me, because eventually, the warranty will end and this parts are very expensive. And this is the main reason why is so important for me to know about people who had their vehicle's clutches replaced and after some miles or km's, the problem has finally gone. Thanks and cheers. ps: the dealer also told me that they have a new software on the vag group, that can find out if you chipped your car. This violates the warranty terms and they won't fix the clutch unless you pay for it. At least, in Chile.
  2. Hi, everyone. Im from Chile and was having the same problem than the post author. My car is an audi a3 1.8T 2011 30000km dsg7. Took it to dealer who replaced the double clutch pack with a new improved one codenamed 0am198140c. This has stoped the juddering nevertheless im still worried about it. Will it happen again? Does anyone with the new clutch pack has had any issues? Cheers.
  3. I've heard that after the clutch pack replacemente, something in the transmision must be re-programed. Also, i guy i know told me that his problems disapeard after mechatronics and clutch pack were replaced. Cheers!
  4. Hello everyone. Im from chile and i have reading this thread a lot lately. I have an audi a3 dsg7 (s tronic) with 30.000 km and has started with this symptoms. Soon i'll take to it's 30.000 km service and will tell the dealer about this issue. To the people who started this thread, has the clutch pack replacement solved the problem? What is your car's km? Thanks for your answers.
