My 2.0 TDI elegance estate was ordered 19/8/13. Built in week 48 (w/c 25/11/13) Arrived at dealer today 17/12/13 And will be delivered to me on Christmas eve. Nice early present for me! So, 18 weeks in total from order to delivery. And 4 weeks from build week to delivery week. Not long to wait now

My 2.0TDi Elegance estate was built week 48 (last week) and is currently somewhere in transit. Originally ordered about mid-August but was held up with the Front Assist issue. I have been allocated a Registration Plate by the dealer, so hopefully delivery is imminent

Yes, had to have a bit of a moan at lease co, dealer and SUK in order to get the loan car.

Ordered a 2.0 TDi Elegance estate mid August. It is supposedly being built this coming week (wk 48) after being delayed for a while with the Front Assist issue. Skoda UK have supplied me with a loan-car until my car arrives.

I ordered a 2.0TDI Elegance estate on 19 Aug. Build week had been week 43 (i.e. this week) since about early September. Then today I get an email saying that order has moved to week 48 due to issues with the supply of Front Assist. After shipping etc, looks like will be into the new year before I take delivery. Not impressed with Skoda! Any ideas what my chances are of being able to request a loan-car from the dealer until my car arrives? Surely the dealer should have known before the actual build week that there was delays.

I ordered an Elegance Estate on 24/7/13 with a 1.6TDI engine and was given an estimated arrival at the dealers of late October. Last week I changed my order and am now going for the 2.0TDI, and estimated delivery to dealers is now early November. Haven't yet been given further details of actual build weeks.

Correction to my post above - I don't yet have build week confirmed as week 40. I'm assuming this is still the provisional week at the moment. I'm actually hoping that it is still a provisional date, because I am now looking at changing my order from a 1.6 to a 2.0 engine. After reading posts on here and other reviews I feel that I will find the 1.6 too low on power and the 5 speed 'box seems to get a bit of a slating. As far as I can gather it is still possible to modify an order if the build week is not yet confirmed?? Here's hoping anyway
