  1. Got a hole in the charger intake hose of my dads ’07 Skoda Scout (2.0 TDI 4x4) engine. It’s the one between the turbo and the intercooler. When I went to the motor factor their database gave me the wrong sized part (see picture). I'm pretty sure actual part number is 3C0 145 828 (not legible on the original part) however I can’t seem to buy an aftermarket part without the connector – the OEM connector is of better quality and has an inner sleeve so would rather just change the hose and keep the original connector. Any ideas on a decent source for a replacement hose? Ebay has slim pickings from scrappies at the moment. P.S those self tighening metal clips are not easy to get off, no tabs to grab hold of!
