  1. hi guys, taking my roomster to france for le mans this year, do any of you know if there is a way to adjust the headlamps for driving on the other (wrong) side of the road. or do i have to apply hideous reflector strips, i have projector headlamps. cheers ruairidh
  2. awright mate depends whether you have the projector headlight or not. ive got night breaker unlimited bulbs on mine in the projector unit. they go for miles with a fairly white light. aside from that look into HID kits which are really powerful but technically illeagal. theyre a bit tricky to fit if you have big hands there plenty of info in the handbook about though,
  3. theyre quite good at night, not great for during the day but im pretty pleased with the effect, at the end of the day sidelights are usually on alongside another more powerfull bulb so the visability thing wasnt much of an issue for me.

  6. hi guys thought id fire up a few pics of my recent mod, had a few bad experiences of LED in the past on non VAG cars so set out looking for alternatives, i came upon these they are Mtec super white 501 bulbs and have a much darker blue stain on the glas they are made from manufactured to high quality in japan and competitively prices at 3.99 hid's 4 u. pics below show both older bulb on the left and the new on the right. as you can see the original is very bright but the mtec is a nicer colour, the mtec isnt particularly visible during the day but hey you always have your dipped beams if the visibility is really poor
  7. thanks for the advice jhonny, might get some of these for the plate, were yours canbus free ones? if they were im suprised you are getting a warning light on the dash. simon ur interior lights look great keep me posted as to whether you too develop this residual current glow or not.
  8. hi ive got a 13plate roomster and really want to fit some leds inside and on the numberplate. ive read that many of the leds fitted inside continue to run even if the ignition is off and the car is locked, are there any bulbls out there that have enough resistance for this not to happen??? and does this problem extend to the numberplate leds?? really keen to get some answers cause its a brilliant effect and if i can get around the problem il definately be going for this mod. cheers ruairidh
  9. Hi I want to know if anyone has fitted canbus error free LED side lights to their fabia or roomster I like this look but had issues in the past with this kind flickering though not on a skoda. Any recommendations or advice Ruairidh
