I have the old Aerobar Thule 861 at 120cm and they look like theyll fit ok, they are 127cm in length including the end caps. Thule list 127cm bars now as they no longer sell a 120cm bar. I'll let you know when the feet arrive.

Just to summarise: 1. Diesels take an age to warm up and are less efficient when cold 2. Diesel is 5-6% more expensive than petrol 3. You'll pay more to buy the diesel vehicle 4 The diesel maintenance costs are likely to be higher and youre still considering a diesel to do low miles and short journeys ? ETA - this is not a response to anyone in the thread, just a chuckle to myself regarding the uk's irrational obsession with MPG over every other cost factor.

Yay, I've just had the paperwork through with Reg/VIN Number with delivery set for next week, which is contrary to the OP's post. Mine was ordered early sept and had a week 39 build. To say I am relieved is an understatement due to me selling both my existing cars privately over the last fortnight. I am currently carless and have a set of Yeti winter wheels and tyres already in the garage

Also, although there is lots of great info on here but I am still unsure whether the flatter caps 2k0 601 149 will fit.

I've used Nokians for the last 4 yrs , WR G2's on my 911 and WR D3's on my C Class Mercedes. Awesome tyres in the wet and wear really well.

I haven't even got my Yeti yet but sourced winter wheels this week I have a set of 205/55/16 Nokians from my just sold c class Merc, fantastic tyres, they still have 8mm left after 15k ish miles. I have managed to get a nearly new set of genuine vw 6.5x16 et45 steelies for £69 on eBay so don't mind spending a bit to get a durable and aesthetic finish. Local place is powder coating them in a gunmetal colour for £120 so should end up with a decent looking, durable set for less than the price of a new set. I'll post some pics when I collect them from coating later this week.

Hi Guys, I ordered a pre fl 2wd 110 Elegance in September from a lease company and was told it was a week 39 build car. Its being shipped this week and they've not mentioned a change in spec. Fingers crossed for an old one, i like the fog lamps

anyone else see a paint colour differential between the drivers side front and rear door ?
