  1. When I say listen to them I mean I can hear them clicking
  2. Hi my superb 2004 has rear parking sensors and they aren't working. One day they just made that constant fault beep after the first initial beep. I have listened to the sensors and they are definitely working but the fault is somewhere else. Any ideas would be helpful. The problem is intermittent but works less times than it doesn't work. Thanks in advanced
  3. hi has anyone got a vcds to turn on my 'see you home lights' central locking beeps, anti hijack locks and just generally search for fault codes. im in the southwest devon and would happily give up some beer tokens for help. if not would one of the cables off ebay be good to do this job. the car is a 2004 superb tdi auto. thanks in advance. liam
  4. Hi bodie. Thanks for the reply. I have fixed the central locking issue now. It was a corroded connection inside the passenger front door. All works well after a clean up As for the lights, tried flashing the lights but they didnt stay on. Thanks for the suggestion any way.
  5. Hi I have a superb 1.9 tdi auto and when it's in tip tropic mode and I have it in a high gear but a lot of engine load at about 1500 to 2000rpm the turbo starts to make some weird noises, I have shown it to my local turbo specialist and he said it sounds like an boost pressure leak but wants an extortionate rate to look at it, I have visually checked the boost system from turbo to engine and all looks well (even looks like a newish intercooler) but there was a lot of oil deposits on the big valve on the left side of the engine, right on top of the turbo but protrudes past the engine cover. Long story short, can anyone tell me where the common boost leak locations are on this engine please, Thanks, Liam
  6. Does that use the standard skoda beeper? Or did it have an aftermarket beeper with it? Thanks
  7. Hi I have a 2004 superb comfort 1.9tdi auto and had it for a week now. My central locking seems to be playing up when I unlock it, the drivers door unlocks but the others all stay locked, even when I double press the button. The chrome locking pin things on the top of the door card (technical talk ) move up and down very slightly but still remain locked. Also I don't know how to turn the headlights on once I've locked the car, I think it's called see you home mode, this would be useful to me but I can't find it, Thanks in advanced for any help
