Hi everybody! So i need the right bytes and bits to properly code coming home and leaving lights to my octy. Could use the codes for xenon and fog lights also. Have not deside which ones to choose. My friend coded fogs to light when turning and also got ch/lh options to my maxidot. But when choosing to activate those, and when tested, nothing happens. Also could use information that do I need "auto" text to my light switch? Car is "09 Octy Elegance

I ordered londoncolor kit aswell and soon installing it. I have read that those slim ballasts could easily install inside headlight but do those get hot, meaning that would temperature break headlight? Also should i put bigger fuses to headlight as the quidebook tells to? I have also ch/lh that operates the headlights, anyone know could i code them to use foglights? Car is 2008 octavia kombi 4x4.

Are these for 08 pre-fl also? Will these fit nicely inside casing?

Mine have same issues, usually when coasting to roundabout with second or third gear and then pressing gas pedal. Feels at first that there is no boost at all.

How do you change it?(original seems to be theftproof)

Thanks for eweryone. Finded out that my unit is 1K0 614 517 AB so cant activate hill hold for that. Trying to find cheap unit that i could activate it.

If i get my abs control unit number, were i can check that does it got all thst is needed to add hill hold?

Has anyone had it just coding it?

Have planned to get hill-hold to my MY08 4x4 TDI PD so does anyone know correct abs control unit that i should have/change to activate it? Have read something about some sensor that control unit should have but dont know more so if someone could tell me more???

Hello to everyone! I have MY2008 4x4 BMM with 82000 kilometres on the clock. Problem is low boost with low rpm. The power comes only after 1800-1900 rpm. After that there is boost and the car goes fine. Sometimes when driving it feels like power comes earlier, like 1500 rpm. But usually after 1800-1900 rpm. Has anyone had similar symptoms or knowledge what usually is faulty?

My friend works at stealership as a skoda mechanic and he believes that they cant code used cluster so that the cars original mileage stays. So if someone could give me a hint what to tell him so he could code used one for my car.

Can dealer change it and code it so that the old mileage stays?

Okay, i have always thought that if you want old kilometres to new cluster, the cluster should really be new. Now i can look used maxidot cluster for my pre-fl too.
