  1. The new wheels are on 20x8.5" ET42 Pacific RS 245/30-R20 Hankook Ventus S1 Original springs (so far)
  2. I still love this car after almost 3 years together. 2 photos of my vRS with winter wheels. LED Downlights & Licence Plate Lights
  3. Not a photo but a short video from yesterday in my RS TSI.
  4. My 7 month-old girl takes most of the time. But here's the first video test with the RS and GoPro Hero3. Sound recorded separately with a Zoom device. More pictures to come...
  5. When I picked up my vRS last week (waited 6 months) the dealer told me that when a new customer wants to order a vRS the expected delivery time is 9 months. This is in Sweden, but I guess it's not much better anywhere else in Europe. I guess the car is really popular and the orders just stack up. The production line is to slim and can't produce the desired amount of vRS cars. Pity!
  6. Back at the computer after 1,5 hours with the dealer, some dinner and a 100 km drive. Feels great to drive. Will look more into the gadgets tomorrow. First photo
  7. It's friday. It's sunny outside. It's pick up day for my Octavia RS Estate! I placed the order 25th of October, and today is April 25th. Exactly 6 months, or 26 weeks. It has been a long wait but I think it will be worth it. Specification: - TSI 220 DSG - Race Blue Metallic - Gemini Antracite 18" - Leather seats (black/grey) - Black Pack - Sunset glass - Adaptive Cruise Control - Front Assistant - Lane Assistant - Canton Sound - DAB - Parking Assistant - Webasto heater - Heated seats, both front and passengers - Towbar package 6 hours countdown. I'll post a picture later tonight.
  8. My dealer in Sweden told me that their car sale program was not showing the correct build week due to Skoda Sweden using some sort of "list" and optimizing everything manually. So instead of build week 09 it's now 12. Great! And 3-4 weeks after that until delivery. Resulting in a total of 25 week from order to delivery. If anyone comes in and want to place a new order today, the estimated delivery time is 8 months for the VRS (in Sweden).
  9. Sweden * About 20 weeks, if nothing changes, for my vRS Estate with a lot of options. * If you order a vRS today; 26 - 35 weeks (6-8 months)
  10. I ordered (in Sweden) a VRS TSI Estate with lots of options 25th of October. The build week had just been set when I called a week ago, just floating around before that. He told me that the car now has provisional build week 09. My guess is that if I'm lucky I might pick it up during W11. That would be a wait of 20 weeks. But I believe it when I see it. In Sweden the RS (vRS) model has sold more than the Swedish quota permits, hence the delays. I was told that if you order a vRS today the wait time is between 6 to 8 months.
  11. The extremes have been added to the Swedish configurator now. About + £150 more than the geminis.
  12. According to a recent test in a motor magazine (here in Sweden) that I've got the measure is just about 1.68 cm from the back of seat to the rear lid.
  13. Awesome looking car! Mine will also be a race blue. More pictures very appreciated.
