  1. I know it's not an exact science but if it helps, my vRS was built week 33 and picked it up last week. So fingers crossed not long for you now. It's worth the wait, you'll love it.
  2. Thanks Both, I'd already sent a quick message to the dealer so I'll see what they say but sounding like it's something I'm going to just have to get used to. Real shame as other than that (and the odd software hiccup) I'm loving the car. @stephen1612 I thought about getting the brakes bled too but having tried pumping the brakes a couple of times while stationary there is no obvious change in pressure which I believe is the tell-tale sign of air in the system. (I'm certainly no mechanic) Ho hum, fingers crossed after a few more miles it might tighten up a little,
  3. Hi All, I finally collected my new Mk4 vRS DSG last month to replace a Mk3 vRS DSG (both petrol). I'm loving the new car but have one main niggle. Both the brake and accelerator pedal feel very soft and unresponsive. Both appear to work fine, can put power down in decent amounts and the car seems to stop as expected but they amount of travel on the pedal needed to do either seems excessive. It certainly feels very different to the Mk3 vRS I chopped in. Today I drove the wife's 6 month old Kamiq and at the first stop I nearly put myself through the windscreen with how sensitive it's brakes were in comparison. I've put about 500 miles on it so far an can't notice any change as the car has "bedded in" or if I swap to sport mode etc. Has anyone else found the Mk4 like this or maybe something it needs to go back to the dealer for? Thanks
