Paul is that a dent in your steering rack go all the way thru? Ive got the same problems as you at the moment haha! And am 100% sure my rack has a dent in just like yours haha.

It started after i put gearbox back on. It first started first time i took box off it was easy to turn bar the last 1/4 on the right hand lock. But now it seems to be most of the time. Checked fluid and it is a pain in the ass to drive.

My power steering only works for about 1/4 turn to the left. The rest of the time its pretty solid.Theres no error codes regarding the power steering so am i right to asume that its not he sensor? How to do i check the pump to see if thats still working? Also if the pump was broke would it be hard to steer if the wheels aren't on the floor? Thanks!

It was only after clutch got changed it started :( But getting it track tomorrow.

Steering is fine until i try and full lock to the right. At about 3/4 turn to the right the steering gets super heavy. Once am back below the 3/4 its light again. Full lock to the left is fine. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers

Will changing filters after been mapped make a difference? Running a 2260 if that makes any difference.

Since fitting fmic bumper has not fit 100%. The very last tab does not click in on either side. Anyone have any ideas? I've put the 3 plastic rivets back in.
