Few bits for sale for a MKII Octavia VRS Full BCS sports CAT downpipe and backbox - £600 This really transforms the car and feels massively more responsive, sounds great when on full boost but not to loud when mulling about. Needs a bit of a clean on the tips and will look like new. About time I introduced myself, I'm from the North East and currently own a MkII Fab VRS. After all the advice on here I got one with warranty however low and behold it was binge drinker of oil, after many trips to Skoda and many many complaints its not drinking oil and Skoda gave me an extended warranty for free so now i can enjoy the car. Here it is: Oh and my old VRS Oh and one I wished I owned:

Its so annoying aswel as its a lovely car, guess I will have to start looking around again. Thanks for all your help.

It isn't from Skoda but I did rang and ask for a cost on the warranty when I asked about warranty work that has been carried out and the chap offered me it at that price, would this extended warranty still cover for the oil issue with these engines then?

Hello, Hopefully I can get some advice on here, I have recently put a deposit on a Fabia VRS after test driving it then started looking on here (didn't come on for a while as I sold MK1 Octy VRS). Now I have seen this terrible issue with oil ussage and the Fabia. The one I have put a deposit on has full service history and 22,000 miles on a 60 Plate. I called Skoda and it has had the breather done already and the warranty is up in January. Can anyone offer any help and advice as I don't really know this engine at all. Chris
