Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the service staff at Westend Garage at Sighthill. The service I receive from Wendy and John when I go in with even the silliest of complaints is 2nd to none. They are a credit to Westend and the entire motor trade. A true insperation in good customer service and lovely people.

I,m very surprised by the bad experience you have had at west end. I have always found the service dept to be outstanding since they have taken over from Chathams. I have never had an issue with any of the staff or their abilitity to sort issues. Both Wendy and John have always been helpful and courtesy.
