Morning all, looking at buying a mk2 vrs pre fl, is there anything to look out for? Most I've seen seem to have miles above 100k; do I steer clear or is the engine good for double that and more? Have about £4k to spend.

cheers, do you have any pictures of the engine bay? will defiantely keep an eye on it, as at the price advertised gives me a bit of cash to do the rear anti roll bar, and source a sat nav head unit.

If this is still around in a couple of weeks I'll defiantly be coming up to view it, just waiting on some finances. How is this on mpg for usual pottering around town? Also is the xenons a factory fit or hid kit? Finally how long do these engines usually last for? I have mk1 vrs so have no idea on durability of the mk2 engine?

How much quicker/smoother is this over standard? It compare to a remapped mk1, or this much more powerful? How much MOT is there? Also what's the service history like? Finally is there cruise control?
