Hi guys does anyone know if a mk5 golf boss kit would fit on my mk1 fabia vrs ? Its a momo quick release kit
-
I didnt actually mean it slid straight in i worded it wrong lol i should of said i put them in with no tools they just needed a bit of a push to put in and there a good tight fit as they wouldnt move when they was in. Theyve been on the car for the last 3000 miles and have been great

I have the PSB bushes in mine, there great for the price and slide in without havin to force them in i put them in by hand
-
It will fit blt but you will lose the anti shudder valve and you will need to change the pipe going onto it

Best options for lowering vRS
SeanVRSkid replied to Kevin_Mc's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
Ive had them on for about 6 months and done 5000 miles on them and have no rattles as i took the locking nut off inside the sleeve and put ptfe tape on them to stop them coming loose wich is very common with them, i also changed top mounts, bearings, ball joints and polybushed my lower arms -

Anyone fitted a push to start button?
SeanVRSkid replied to tombirch95's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
But it will still start with just the key unless you disconect the live from the ignition to starter -
The brakelight flasher relay is really simple all you do is cut wires to rear centre light then wire from car loom to input on relay then output to light i have it on mine, theres a few videos of how to do it on youtube

Hi guys hope this might help some of you. Ive had a whining 5th gear for the last 6000miles but today i reset my gear linkages and the whining has now stopped completly and the gear changes are so much smoother. Just thort ild mention it incase it solves your problems to instead of spending £££ on it
