Skoda customer services have finally got back to me. Folding mirrors definately an £175 option on the face lifted 230 vrs. However will be free on the forthcoming Octavia 245 Vrs

Contacted Skoda customer services this morning regarding electric folding mirrors on my forthcoming Petrol 230 Vrs. They could not give me an answer as to whether it was a standard fitting or an optional extra. Promised me they would get back to me today with a definate answer. Still waiting

I picked my Vrs up on Monday from Wolverhamptton. The first time I used my cruise control it cancelled itself after 5 minutes.I have not had chance to use it again since. Going for a good run Sunday will try it again

My vRS hatchback was built week 5. Spoke to Skoda Uk on Wednesday who informed me - Good news your car is on the docks at Emsden awaiting shipment. Bad news due to the sea conditions there is a back log of cars waiting to be shipped over and it could be another 4 or 5 weeks.

Can anybody tell me if these Red boot netting will fit my new Octavia Vrs Hatchback and where I can purchase them

Have been told today my Candy White vRS Hatchback complete with Black pack, Heated seats,Kessy,Canton Sound System, Colour Maxi Dot system and Spare wheel is on the back of a transporter on route to Germany to be shipped to Grimsby and then transported to Shrewsbury. The long wait nearly over.!!!

Completely agree. Ordered my vRS Hatch 3rd October and told 16 weeks to delivery. Phoned the dealer last week and told build is week 2 not very happy so phoned Skoda customer services. Made me more unhappy as they checked for me and my build date is provisionally week 5.

Has your car come with lane assist? Mine is due to be built week 2 January but not guaranteed to have it as they tell me there are supply problems. Kevin

Ordered my new Octavia Diesel Vrs Hatchback in white at the beginning of October and just been informed that it will be built in week 2 2014. Also been informed that it will probably not have lane assist due to supplier problems. Has anyone else come across this problem?
