got my car booked in for next Thursday and Friday for them to take sound recordings of the noise but I've got my letter ready and I'll be sending a copy to bbc watchdog if nothing gets solved I've used the sales of goods act 1979 (i think its that year) had nothing but attitude of the service team so will also be making a complain about that too i got new car thinking it would be less hassle how wrong was i!! will keep you all informed :-)

told skoda i would be in touch with trading standard's as i was not happy with them saying the car was made like that he said that if they said that's how the car is made and so do skoda UK then trading standard's will accept that called them today and they have advise me to write to the finance company explaining what's gone on quote a act they gave me give them a deadline of when i would like a reply by make sure it goes recorded delivery and if they do fix it then that's fine but if not i should be given the choice to exchange for another car or terminate the contract as they have a duty to fix the car as its still there property untill the finance is paid off! finally some answers!

got a phone call from skoda tonight to say my car has to go in as skoda technical want sound clips of the noise :-(

yer it does it slowly too it weird the guy at the garage has told me its how its made but its not always there it comes and goes waiting for a call back from head office

well i took my car in yesterday to be told there was a problem and they needed to take my gearbox out and replace parts the receptionist told me not to drive my car to Leeds on Monday and a car would be dropped off at my house for me to use i left skoda to return to work got there to another phone call asking me to come back as another technician wanted a test drive i went back and now he's telling me that skoda technical are saying its just how the car is made which to me is a joke as it shouldn't take a 4 month old car to make that noise in the past week if that's how its made not happy with the service up to now and i will take this further if need be

Ive recently purchased a Citigo loved it from the minute i got it in August but i have now got a clicking noise on my clutch which is rather annoying im nearly at 3000 miles cars booked in for Friday so hopefully no more clicking noise!
