Don't get hung up on what you're now driving. I'm currently enjoying a Punto whilst awaiting delivery of my 'Premium VAG built with the same parts but better just because it isn't from the last gen parts bin' car to arrive. Please take that as a joke as I appreciate many Skoda owners are fairly precious about the brand. According to the Facebook page anyway.

It has been suggested that we give the West Meon Pub another chance as it has apparently improved alot. We all know the venue is better for us all and it used to be great. Any feedback would be helpful and appreciated.

Going to throw this out there. Dave (the superstar), Ben and I are going to Wetherspoons in Petersfield, The Red Lion. Feel free to join us if you'd like. The Seven Stars doesn't offer value for money.

It can vary. Sometimes 10 people, sometimes 25. With it being summer and the weather being decent, the turn out should be good.

Are we hitting up the Seven Stars again? The food is good there but I hear through a reliable source (BMW Sam) that the West Meon is possibly under new management.... again... with vast improvements.

Can't make this one due to an upcoming trip to the UAE. Enjoy.

Don't forget to meet at the Seven Stars tomorrow. I've tried calling several times to confirm a table but they don't seem to answer. Hopefully it won't be a problem as it didn't seem to be last month.

Tony's on form today it seems. I think he's learnt not to mess with Dave now. I certainly wouldn't risk it. Let's play friendly guys. Wouldn't want to discourage newcomers! I'll let you take the Swift round some twistys Tony and see what you make of it then.

As a number of you are aware, the West Meon Pub has proved to be an unreliable location for the group for a year now. This is a real shame as the location is fairly central and ideal. During meet #48 Sam kindly spoke to the management of the Seven Stars which is further along the A272 towards Petersfield.
