Hi, can anybody help with how I change the Skoda Connect user name that appears on the welcome and shutdown screens? I’ve updated the nickname in my Skoda Connect ID account, but the old name entered by the salesman when I purchased the car new still appears. Many thanks.

Hi, I’m interested in ordering a boot liner for my 2021 Skoda Karoq SE Drive (with space saver spare wheel), but need to know if it has a raised or lower floor. I did not spec the variable floor and there is about a 40mm drop in the floor height from the tailgate latch trim. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi, has anybody had mudflaps fitted to their Karoq and if so are they any good at reducing the amount of road dirt thrown up the sides of the vehicle? Many thanks.

I’m looking at getting a dog guard for my new Karoq SE Drive and would be interested in hearing recommendations. I’m currently considering Travall or Guardsman, both look sturdy but not sure about the fixing arrangements. The Guardsman appears to be easiest to install, but looks as though it’s held in place by the rear seat back locking mechanism, which I’m not sure about. Any comments or recommendations would be much appreciated.

Hi, for some reason one of my keys is no longer recognised by my 2017 Fabia SEL Estate. I’ve swapped to the spare key which works fine. Has anybody else had this problem and if so does it require a trip to the Skoda dealer to get the problem sorted? Many thanks.
