Hello Everyone,
I have a 2005 Superb with PD130, and 01v transmission.
Approx a week ago it started to smoke badly ( black smoke) while accelerating. It has 190 000KM (120k mile). Oli+filter+air filter have been changed approx. 10k ago.
during normal cruise it has no problem, but when I have to accelerate it smokes around 2000rpm and it goes away around 3000-3500rpm ( or possibly I don't see it in the mirror).
I've checked it with Vag-Com and all the values are seems to be good, no fault code
MAF reads values, many times higher then expected values, and this bothers me. Attached a screenshot about the expected and actual airflow values.
light blue is the expected while the green is the measured by MAF. orange is the rpm and white is the gas pedal. Is it normal to have these kind of differences ?
Around the middle there is pretty high jump in the measured air flow, while the engine is decelerating, and pedal is at 0%.
Can anyone explain me what is going on here ?
Thank you,
Peter
