Has any progress been made with which controllers can be activated to close the boot from the console button?

Is there now a definitive list of what can be enabled via VCDS? I know a lot of the original posts relate to the Octavia III, but wondered if any new options had been discovered.

I had this problem, tried cleaning the bumper but this didn’t solve it. It was a month or so after picking the car up, thought I might have changed something in the settings as I was still playing about with the infotainment. Booked it into the dealers who had to reinstall the software. Don’t know what caused it to loose it but it was sorted out under warranty.

Was open to offers, but looking for about £60 for all 5 mats. The boot mat is the same size for both estate and hatchback, mine was fitted onto the variable floor in the raised height.

I have a full set of 4 original rubber floor mats for the Octavia III pre-fl and also the one for the boot. I no longer need them as I’ve recently switched to a Superb. Open to sensible offers for the full set. I’m near Coventry M6 J3 for collecting as I think postage with the boot mat would be quite pricey. But for the right price could meet part of the way.

My triangle from SuperSkoda fitted into the hole in my Octavia but stood vertically but also fits within the holder in my Superb now horizontally both are Combi’s. Both are available from SuperSkoda for €9.99 each.

Candy and Laser white were both free flat paints. Moon white is a pearlescent paint and was a chargeable option. I had a Laser White car and it had a blueish tinge. If you think of led bulbs candy is like warm white and laser white is like cool white. You would definitely be able to tell if you had Moon white in the sunshine.

Took BCA over two weeks to come and collect my car after VT’ing it.

I ordered through Simpson’s worth getting a quote from them before choosing PCP unless you intend to purchase the car when the finance has finished. I’ve just finished a PCP policy and the car was still not worth it’s guaranteed value, although this was an Octavia.

Ordered my Sportline 150 DSG Estate just before Christmas, so expecting delivery in the next couple of weeks. I stuck with the free Laser White paint but had quite a few options 11 in total. It’s on a PCH deal as the same car on PCP was an extra £150 per month.

Do you need Travel Assist if you’re getting Smart Light Assist? It can just be coded by one of the masters of VCDS.
