How many miles / km you have?
whitebaron replied to Mobrado5's topic in Skoda Superb Mk III (2015 - 2023)
2016 66 plate 2.0 TDI 34000 miles in 18 months, no issues. also has the factory towbar - pulled a trailer to Le Mans like it wasn't there! just about to replace the two front tyres due to wear and having a new screen fitted due to being smacked with a rock. -
I've just noticed this on min @ 17 months - , wheels are perfect - caps make it look scruffy its in for a dealer service on Monday so will raise it with then. steve

With the right size tyre and wheel ofset there is no technical issue although it would be outside the range that skoda advise and as said in the UK it ahould be declared in the insurance. They (skoda) could try and opt out of a suspension warranty claim perhaps? But you could always swap the wheels back. Bet it would look great on 20's. Look at www.rimstyle.co.uk and you can look at some 20" options with tyres

Best option ever! Had to use mine last night, 20 minute fix instead of waiting for the RAC. Tyre replaced today and spare tucked away in boot. A can of weld wouldn't have cut it. Steve

Manual or DSG, Final Decision
whitebaron replied to BennyS3's topic in Skoda Superb Mk III (2015 - 2023)
I thought ACC was standard? I test drove a 190 dsg but have ordered the manual 150 tdi. Steve -
Hmmm strange it is an option then, nevermind. The countdown continues

Ticked it because i've got it on my current Yeti (normal handbrake) and have got used to it tbh - @100 if i never use its not the end of the world! Steve

Rear camera, yes or no?
whitebaron replied to LakesPuma's topic in Skoda Superb Mk III (2015 - 2023)
I have ordered mine without...... because i think the rear wiper spoils the look and i needed to have both (my17) if i wanted one to be fair, i have only had rear sensors for the last 10 years (although i did have one on an Aygo !! hire car) looking at a screen feels alien to me. Steve -
Good choice! Today i Clicked the button on: Hatch SE TDI150 manual. Magic Black with black interior Extras; Modus Wheels Sunset Glass Tow Bar Spare wheel boot release hill hold no actual date but the dealer suggested a similar time frame Steve

Maybe.. but i like that too tempted to run American star and roundels to LM24 this year with a Kelly's heroes theme

Yeti order not plain sailing (Elegance Outdoor alloy choice)
whitebaron replied to JohnnyStorm's topic in Skoda Yeti
Matterhorns do look good with a white car stick to your guns..... -
I was all set to order the SE trims for the interior - i'll add a few more shots later but with the jungle green exterior, the flood water brown looks ok....

In December '13 i looked at Orange wheels - approx 3k off on a 170 fl elegance (cash) , taking 0% and servicing offer reduced discount to 1k. Local dealer matched it picking up tomorrow.

whitebaron replied to docc's topic in Skoda Yeti

Aaron in sales, super helpful! sorted me out a test drive in a diesel VRS mk3 (tough to find a demo on) and a used Yeti. Opted for a new fl Yeti but they said couldn't budge at all on list RRP :-( so went elsewhere to buy.
