I'm BW27 too. What are the chances of me getting the car by 5th August? I'm going away then, driving through France, until 30th August. If it can come by then, I'd love to have it for the trip. On 20th February I ordered: VRS TSi DSG Combi Race Blue Black Pack Leather Sunset glass Spare wheel I have now been given build week 27 (w/c 30th June 2014). So that's four and a half months from order to build.

Right decision. That Cayenne has had paint that has not been well done. The nearside front wing is off colour, possibly other panels too.

I'm told that the leasing company get updates on their orders every Tuesday. If logic applied, if Muppster placed his order on 14th February and has BW 26, I would have BW27. But of course, logic does not apply to the Skoda ordering system.

I have just got rid of (almost gave away) an Alfa 156 Sportwagon 2.4 JTDM 20v. It was remapped from 175bhp to 215bhp, with a big increase in torque that I can't now remember the figures for. I had it for 3 years and must have replaced 4 drive shafts over that time, which I assume just could not manage the torque. Also cracked the turbo housing, which may or may not have been attributable to the remap.

I assumed the FBSW is not listed as an option on the vRS because it is standard. Surely that's right?? Why would you have a super sport steering wheel and not fit it to your sports version? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

I use tomtom on an iPhone 5 and pay the £23 per year for live HD traffic, which is brilliant. Apparently Vodafone tracks the movement of its mobile phone users on the roads and tomtom uses that data to identify traffic problems enabling the app to reroute you. The downside of using a mobile phone satnav app is the need for an ugly mount on the windscreen or dashboard and the charger cable running to the 12v outlet.

I ordered a vRS estate last week. I imagine delivery will be sometime towards the very end of the summer. We ordered at the same time, for my wife, a BMW 120d Sport. Also a factory order. We have just been given a delivery date of 16th April !! Thats 7 weeks from order to delivery, and a wait of less than a week to be given a delivery date.

I did a lot of shopping around for lease prices on vRS petols. Jet Vehicle Leasing were the cheapest by some margin, and considerably cheaper than VAG finance through dealers.

Ordered: vRS TSI DSG Estate: Black Pack Leather with red Sunset glass Spare wheel Anthracite Geminis I haven't finally decided which colour. I've put Race Blue on the order, but keeping my powder dry until I've seen photos of a Grey Metal vRS. Great lease deal and customer service from Jet leasing. Mike showed patience as I vacillated between petrol and diesel, manual and DSG.
