  1. Thanks for the reply. The detail and clarity of your description have prompted me to have go. Will report back when done. Thanks again. Martin
  2. My superb has had a new boot as a result of a rear shunt. All the switches at catches work but the drivers side catch between the glass and the boot lid pulls down a little further than the left hand side. It makes a terrible squeak but it does work. Is this storing problems for the future or is it something that I can adjust? The claw that engages on the pin when the full hatch is opened does not fully locate but other than that the parts of the mechanism appear to function correctly. I have read the forum on superb twin door wiring fix and found this helpful but pics were very small and does not mention adjustment. If anyone has experienced this I would be very pleased to hear views. Many thanks from a very new person to this forum Martin
  3. I have recently had a new boot lid fitted to my superb hatchback thanks to a rear end shunt. All of the catches and buttons seem to work well but the locking mechanism on the off side pulls down a little too far. The claw does not fully engage on the pin. Could this be a problem for the future or can the position be adjusted. I am very new to this forum but would really appreciate any help or advice. Thanks martin.
