My Octavia does not have any keyholes so if the battery is flat how can I access the car interior ? Has not happened yet but until I saw these posts I had not thought about the problem.

Had problems with my Motorola Moto g (Android) getting photos on Bolero but as recommended got Bluetooth Phonebook by RSAP at £1.29 and it all works. Thanks everybody who recommended it. Before this I spent along time trying to sort it out.

Fitted one on the passenger side last year, cost about £35 for all the parts from Skoda dealer, just unbolt the seat runners, slide seat back & fitted no problem.

When my car had been parked for a few days, suddenly found all the car windows open. The doors were still locked & the windows were definitely closed an hour before. I do not understand how it is possible. Windows closed ok & everything seems alright. Does anybody have an clues what may have occurred, just imagine if I had been parked in a car park & the windows opened themselves. Thanks for any help.

Can anybody recommend a dealer in Kent area that would fit a cruise control.

When the car is washed & dried, later on stains appear on both front doors from the mirrors. I believe that some water stays in the mirror housing & as we are in a hard water area these later drip down staining the doors. I considered drilling a hole in the bottom of the mirror housing to allow this water to drain out straight away but as there must be electrical wires etc. inside the housing I was wondering if anybody else has a solution to this problem or do I just chance drilling the housing ?

Going on a run and taking it very easy on a mixture of roads I managed 61 mpg, normal running is 40mpg but as I have only just done 2000 miles I have not needed to rush anywhere yet so I expect later fuel figures to be worse.

I have today tried reducing the photos to less than 400 x 400 and saved at medium quality to reduce file size. They appear ok on contacts on Windows phone but still cannot get the photos to appear on Bolero, can anybody give more helpful advice ? (I have removed phone from Bolero menu & reconnected etc)

I have a Nokia 520 and am unable to get the contact photos to show, tick box in menu is ticked. looking at the previous comments would it work if I reduced the size of the photo or is it something else in the Bolero.?

Hi, I bought a 2013 Skoda Octavia 1.4 DSG hatchback Mk 3 model with only 40 miles on the clock when I bought it and am now trying to sort out some queries with it. This forum seems to be so good that I am glad to join it, thanks to all.
