Took the car to dealer- They acknowledge there is a "major" issue either with engine coolant leaking or engine. they spent a weak on it and couldnt find out what it is Been told to let it break down then call skoda recovery and il get a loan VRS... How hard can it be too find a solution?????

music now works fine... bluetooth not so good :( it now tells me im calling someone ( when im not) and just wont go away... drove to wales the otherday and apperently had a 3 hour conversation with my Grandma.. good one apple/skoda. Now cant connect bluetooth to car becuase it just tells me im calling someone and cuts out my media/radio...

Hi all, Since updating my iPhone 5, if i plug in via usb to play my tunes, whenever i click the next track button on the steering wheel, it wont change. It works over bluetooth, but not when plugged inn via USB. Never had this issue before the update... Anyone else experiencing same things? only way to change my tunes is to click the next button on my iPhone, which is a pain, I want to drive! Cheers, Jack

Dear all, Iv'e done 14k on my new Skoda octavia and this is the 5th time im having to fill up with antifreeze becuase its dropped below the MIN line... Has anyone else has this problem? Im no guru when it comes to engines, so why is my car drinking so muhc antifreeze? does it mean im driving it too hard etc? cheers, Jack Miers

Dear all, Due unforeseen circumstances, i am selling my MSVT Track day for 02 June at brands hatch indy circuit full day. I have spoken to MSVT and they are more than happy for me too sell it too another driver. ( I must email them with the drivers name and new car that will be used, and i shall CC you in on this email.) The total cost is £245.00 as it has an additional driver. I am willing to sell at £235.00 with the additional driver, so let me know if your interested. Proof of my purchase and receipt can be sent on request. Really sad to have to sell this, but circumstances force me too do so, if you know anyone who's interested please let me know.

It's only meant to run on super unleaded too... petrol costs will be a bomb... its a open pit lane session so thats a good idea- splitting it into short sessions, cheers for the help

48mpg if im driving slowly and conservatively.. 35.8 is my lowest , havn't managed to touch the brochure figures though

I'm sure it will be fine, after each drive the Audi engine cools itself down, even if you just move it around on the drive, much like my skoda did when it was new.... The Audi will definitely be an experience, really looking forward to giving that a go!

My Dad uses the same theory as he does for his superbikes... moment he gets a new car he drives the knickers off it.. silly i know you try telling him otherwise cheers for all the info, we shall leave the cars as they are for now then... if we do some laps and feel the brakes are getting to hot, theres no reason why we cant take them back to the garage and allow them to cool before going back out again.

Il also an additional driver on the Audi too, so hopefully il learn a lot during the day! Cheers for advice, seeing as the Audi is so new, we won't be getting pads for that. Just checked and it's done 125 miles, and pads are white expensive, however il be putting a new set on the skoda in the next couple of weeks
