Hiya mate I'm only in pontefract and I have had the same issues. You will struggle to find anyone who deals with modded stuff around here. Palmers in pontefract have a good reputation and there is a vag so called specialist in castleford but I walked straight back out of the place once I saw the state of there workshop. I generally don't trust anyone working on my car apart from me or my mate who is a master tecnition .

sorry to bring up an old thread but can anyone tell me what diameter the hose that goes onto the brake servo pipe is and can I use normal silicone or do I need something stronger. any help is appreciated.

yeah I can see that but when fitted it still lengthens the pipe. I just want to make sure it will reach without it.

My piper turned up today.[emoji1] Does anyone know if I need the small intermediate pipe for the length, as it does not fit onto my milltek sports cat. Any help is appreciated.

just picked this up today came with the modified crash bar too

I have just dropped a 1.8t rocker cover off for powder coating and the guy said he would cover the baffle plate in silicone to stop anything getting in but they wont guarantee it. my question is if I remove the baffle plate how can I refit it or can I run without it as I will be running a occ. any help is appreciated.

I wouldn't bother, its a full time job keeping it clean.

thanks but I think I will mod mine as it looks simple enough to do.

my car is doing the exact same thing, drives fine but no boost, but it is an intermittent fault. it did it awhile ago and I changed a suspect coil pack and its was fine for a while, but it did it again today.
