Is this yet again legislation for the brainless. I notice that the coroner handling the M5 "firework" crash didn't attribute the crash to smoke but fog. He suggested that visibility sensors should be fitted to the motorway. I thought it was standard fitting on humans, eyes and brains - but perhaps not.
