Im picking my car up this Friday (Company car) and that's good advice re. the SD card. I didnt see the point of paying for an ipod connector when I have the option of the SD card. 32GB should be enough LOL. Car will be Superb Estate L&K, 140, Black with brown leather, options of heated nozzles, rear side airbags and built in sunblinds in the rear.

Finally getting mine this Friday on a brand new 64 plate (it's a Company car). Ive gone for Superb Estate 140 L&K, Black with brown leather, with extra options of heated washer nozzles, rear side airbags and built in sunblinds in the rear windows. Does anybody know how easy it is to chip the engine up to 170bhp? Im presuming its the same engine in both cars?

I lived in Ireland for 3 years but I gad forgotten what a difference there was. The UK car has as standard spec heated secreens, heated seats front and rear, ventilated front seats, TV tuner, panoramic sunroof, park assist (parallel and bay parking), bi xenon AFS, darkened glass oh and the umbrella in the door. Is it worth your while to import from the UK?

Interesting that there appears to be different specs between the UK and Ireland. I have just ordered a 140 Manual Superb Combi L&K as a company car and panoramic sunroof and heated seats are all standard fit. The only extras I have added are black pearlescent paint, heated washer nozzles and sunblinds. Literally the only other extras I could have added were KESSY and the extending boot floor which I wasn't interested in.

Ive just ordered a 2.0 TDI 140 L&K Combi as a Company Car and I'm really looking forward to using the auto parking (even though I can park). I think the point about kerbing alloys is a very good one.

ive just ordered a 140 Superb Combi L&K in pearl black as a company car. I would have loved the DSG but at 122 emissions it pushes the tax up into a higher band. I was able to literally order everything on the car, even heated washer nozzles because I do a lot of early morning starts. When I get it I wil put a review up on here )

Totally agree. I've just ordered a Skoda Superb Estate L&K as a company car and on the advice of my local dealer i have ordered the spare wheel. Having read this i'm very glad i took his advice.
