  4. I just did this the other night! Happened after work last year and the AA man put a new crimp on it and said it was a permanent fix ..it was till Tuesday!! Ended up snapping mid wire though, the actual crimp was fine! Battery and airbox out to get to it (but I just did that because he did it, thinking afterward I think it'd be possible with just the battery box out) Edit - is everyone talking about the thin wire? That's obviously no where near thick enough for a starter motor - is it just a remote wire or something? ..or am I talking a different wire?

  8. Do you fit new rear top mounts also? or just the fronts? ..no one ever seems to mention the rears lol
  9. just keep an eye on ebay - i got some Vmaxx ones and top mounts that someone bought and never bothered fitting! ..he still lost half his money though lol

  13. I have a haynes for doing the work, but a bluetooth obd and the torque app I like how you can find a fault code and immediately google it for more info!

  22. Is it the same story with the rear strut brace? mine came with one and i took it out straight away - was only in about a week so i couldnt really comment..
  23. I just have a screen mounted DAB because i was planning on smoothing the roof - but im tempted to do a roof DAB to stop there being the occasional drop outs. As for pulling it through, i would imagine itd be up the A pillar?
  24. mine was bubbling but still completely unbroken paint on the sills - they claimed it was stone chip damage though - i hate warranties when they arent worth the paper theyre written on!
