I use a mask designed for preventing you inhaling fumes when you are spraying nasties like cellulose thinners. Fits snug as a glove and I definitely can not detect any odor from the thinners when I am wearing it. Those little strands of virus in the air will be enclosed in droplets as when somebody sneezes or coughs and probably only a problem when you are in close proximity to somebody or in an enclosed space. Gets cleaned with 75% IPA mix after every use and my hands are sterilized before putting it on and after taking it off. If you keep wearing a mask of any type then you have to sterilize it after use. How effective this is I do not know but it makes me feel better on the rare occasion I have to go to the shops.

Far better to overestimate and isolate than not to carry out any test until you are carted off to hospital. Dread to think how many infected persons are carrying on as normal in the UK. Low death rate in Germany should also serve as a model because they are doing something right

Flu jabs are all very well unless you encounter the wrong sort of flu. Two good friends of mine both have their yearly flu jabs and both ended up with a bad case of flu over the Xmas period. If you are wanting Calpol 6 plus its 250mg in 5ml, (as above link) so mix one ground 500mg tablet into 10ml of fruit juice. The 10ml is important. Use a syringe to measure it not a kitchen teaspoon. This will give you 250mg in 5ml as a suspension. It is a suspension so it needs shaking up well before dosing as the paracetamol will settle out. https://www.medicines.org.uk/emc/product/6634/smpc Calpol infant suspension is 120mg in each 5ml. 125mg in 5ml is still ok. Probably smell nice but the IPA requires water mixed with it for it to be effective plus IPA comes in varying percentages and you will need your home brew to be above 60% alcohol. Formula based on WHO recommendations here but the UK can probably leave the Hydrogen Peroxide out, I put it in. Glycerin is there to moisturise your hands but your hands will take a beating anyway so using a good hand cream is a good idea. You will need atomiser spray bottles because this is not a gel, plastic ones are easy to find on ebay. AFAIK our membership of the WTO is via the EU which will of course expire in the case of a no deal Brexit. From what I can see the EU prefers to alter any tariffs applied to imported goods by the use of trade deals otherwise any tariffs applied would apply to all members of the WTO.

Surprised your dealer does not know what the change in import tariff will be if a no deal Brexit occurs. I don't see any reason or any way for the UK to reduce import tariffs on EU produced cars unless there is some quid pro quo arrangement put in place which would mean a trade deal and that will not happen quickly. Present WTO rules for the UK and all the EU 28 are set by the EU.
