You'll probably get a fair few opinions, but for me : Meguiars Glass Cleaner Gliptone leather cleaner & conditioner Interior is dealt with by G101 and then Poorboys Natural look. Exterior trim is Autofinesse Revive, and tyres by Meguiars Endurance gel.

I'd go to your local TPS. With trade club discount (if you ask nicely) a genuine filter is £2/3 and a sump plug with washer is around £1.

I ran my golf 1.8t on fully synth; but I've just bought a 1.8t Octavia which is on semi. I think I'll stick with semi and change it every 5k miles. I'm keeping it standard, and I drive like miss daisy anyway. I don't want to block any oil galleries, or cause any leaks.

Has anyone tried the recent Koni STR.T kit? The older kits had eibach springs, but the later ones have H&R springs. They're around £350 for shocks and springs. Alternatively the AP shock and spring kit? I'm currently on old dampers and Pi springs - very crashy- not cool.
